Auditorium
$2,350 + $1,000 refundable damage deposit
Use this space for large corporate events, trade shows, wedding receptions, and even concerts. Banquet seating of up to 700 or concert seating of up to 1,000.
Meeting Rooms A + B
$700 + $300 refundable damage deposit
Use these rooms separately or combined. Rental includes catering kitchen. Rooms are available separately for $400 per day. With tables and chairs, the combined space accommodates approximately 80 people.
Banquet Chairs and Tables
Eighty (60-inch) round tables, 55 banquet tables, and 820 banquet chairs are available for your event.
Foyer
Use this space for ticket sales, event check-in, welcome area, etc.
Catering Kitchen
Use this space for meal prep, cleaning, or storage for your event. The kitchen includes three commercial warmers, commercial refrigerator and freezer, ice machine, and commercial dishwasher.

Agreements & Rental Information
Rules & Regulations
The basic rental rate and charges for other services are established by the Lessor, Polk County Higher Education & Technology Foundation, or its authorized agent. All fees paid shall be in a form acceptable to the Lessor.
It is the Lessee’s responsibility to pay all fees in full prior to the event or the event is subject to cancellation. No invoices will be sent.
